Sterling and its employees are supporters of the United Way. We believe this is an effective way to adequately distribute funds to organizations in need. Each year our employees think of fun and creative ways to raise money for the United Way. Past activities have included a bake sale and silent auction with goods donated from Sterling employees.
During United Way rally time, employees gather for a presentation put on by fellow employees, often times featuring those who have been assisted by a United Way agency. It’s just one more way that Sterling employees join with other members of the Sterling family to help their communities.
