1 When using a non-Sterling Savings Bank ATM, the ATM owner may charge a surcharge. The ATM owner will disclose the amount of the surcharge at the time of the transaction. Transactions include balance inquiry, deposits, funds transfers and withdrawals.
2Federal regulations limit these accounts to six pre-authorized withdrawals per month. Pre-authorized withdrawals include, but are not limited to: ACH debit, telephone transfer, overdraft protection and checks. Withdrawals are allowed anytime in person, by ATM or for Sterling loan re-payment. There is a $5.00 fee for Statement Savings and a $10.00 fee for Power, Power Plus accounts per pre-authorized withdrawal over these limits. If account limitations are continuously exceeded; the account will be converted to a transaction account as required by federal regulations.
