Scott Freeman
Assistant Vice President/Loan Officer
Mr. Freeman has extensive experience in working with commercial real estate in Denver and Rocky Mountain region. Prior to joining INTERVEST, he was with Wells Fargo Bank for four years and Conning Asset Management for two years. At INTERVEST, Scott originates construction, interim and permanent loans for developers, contractors and commercial property investors on most types of commercial properties, including multi-family, retail, office, hotel and industrial. Mr. Freeman has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1985 and holds MAI and CCIM designations. Mr. Freeman graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Real Estate in 1985.

R. Paul Krelovich,
Vice President/Regional Manager
Mr. Krelovich is a long time veteran of commercial property financing in the Denver area market. Prior to joining Intervest, he was with KeyBank Real Estate Capital for 3 years and General American Life Insurance for 11 years where he provided long-term permanent loans to owners of various types of commercial properties throughout the Rocky Mountain Region and the Midwest. At Intervest, Paul originates construction, interim and permanent loans for developers, contractors and commercial property investors on most types of commercial properties, including multi-family, retail, office and industrial. Mr. Krelovich has specialized in commercial real estate finance since 1986 and has also been a Colorado Certified Appraiser. Mr. Krelovich graduated from University of Colorado with a BA in Economics in 1985. His postgraduate studies include a MBA with finance emphasis also from the University of Colorado (1991) as well as external courses in real estate appraisal and real estate management.
