Vice President
Allison Bacialli joined INTERVEST in 2005 as Vice President and is part of the loan production team in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
Ms. Bacialli has specialized in commercial real estate finance in the Pacific Northwest since 1996, focusing on the origination of construction and permanent loans.
Prior to joining INTERVEST, she was Vice President for M&T Real Estate Trust and was formerly Assistant Vice President for Bank of America’s Real Estate Banking Group.
She also served as a Private Banking Officer at Bank of America, originating private lines and commercial real estate loans.
Allison graduated from The University of Texas in Austin, Texas in 1979 with a BBA degree in Management/Accounting.
J.T. Horner began his commercial real estate career with INTERVEST as a Loan Analyst in 2002, following transactions from initial underwriting to closing.
In 2005, J.T. was promoted to Loan Officer.
J.T. has focused on construction and permanent portfolio loans as well as brokering loans to life insurance companies and other institutional lenders.
J.T. graduated from Portland State University with degrees in Finance and Marketing in 2002.
Vice President
Alan Hubka has specialized in commercial real estate finance since 1973 and in the Pacific Northwest since 1979, focusing on the origination of construction and permanent loans.
Prior to joining INTERVEST, he was Vice President for Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Finance Group and was formerly Vice President with Key Bank Commercial Real Estate Group.
He served as an Income Property Loan Officer with First Interstate Bank Real Estate Group and with Ralph C. Sutro Mortgage Company/Sutro Mortgage Investment Trust (REIT) in Los Angeles, California.
Alan is a graduate of Linfield College. His postgraduate studies included a Professional Designation from UCLA, MAI appraisal and mortgage banking coursework with an emphasis on commercial lending.
Vice President / Regional Manager
Prior to joining INTERVEST in 2005, Mike Morey spent nine years in the real estate finance division of Standard Insurance Company in Portland, OR.
During his tenure with Standard, Mike helped grow commercial mortgage originations from $400,000,000 to $1.25 billion in 2004.
From 2001-2004, he co-managed the nationwide origination network and was responsible for origination, underwriting and closing functions.
In his last year with Standard, he was Assistant Vice President, Investor Development where he was in charge of Standard’s loan participation program and loan purchase program.
Mike began his real estate career with TRI Capital Corporation in San Francisco where he was responsible for underwriting all types of FHA Multifamily Apartment Loans.
After two years at TRI Capital, he moved to Bay Federal Savings in San Mateo, California as a Senior Underwriter in the Real Estate Industries Group.
Immediately prior to joining Standard Insurance Company, Mike was the Director, Mortgage Finance for Diana McIver & Associates, a low income and senior housing consulting firm in Austin, Texas.
He has extensive experience in arranging debt financing for all types of commercial properties from all types of lending sources. Mike attended the University of California at Berkeley.
Vice President
Mr. Paskill began his commercial real estate career as a state licensed commercial appraiser with PGP Valuation, Inc.
While with PGP, Mr. Paskill appraised all types of commercial real estate with a focus on retail and multifamily properties.
Mr. Paskill joined INTERVEST in 1998 and has worked closely with numerous life insurance companies and various portfolio and CMBS lenders on arranging permanent loans.
He has placed both construction and permanent loans throughout the Pacific Northwest, California, Nevada and Arizona.
Mr. Paskill also worked with Hagerman, Frick & O’Brien as a commercial realtor and is currently a licensed Oregon real estate broker.
Mr. Paskill graduated from Washington State University in 1994 with a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate.
