Carl Natalizia joined INTERVEST in 2006.
Carl’s experience in commercial real estate dates back to 1987 when he served as Vice President for Metropolitan Life’s middle market equipment and real estate finance arm MetLife Capital Corporation, located in Irvine CA.
GE Commercial acquired MetLife Capital in 1998 and he became SVP and Managing Director for the Western United States.
His primary focus was arranging debt for middle market companies, developers, and investors.
Carl’s background includes experience with construction, bridge, and real estate sale leasebacks for various types of real estate.
He is a graduate of Providence College.
