Loan Officer
Scott began his commercial real estate career in 2005 when he joined INTERVEST as a loan analyst. As a loan
analyst, Scott followed loans from initial underwriting to closing. In 2007, Scott was promoted to loan officer,
where he has focused on the origination of construction and permanent loans as well as brokering loans to life
insurance companies and other institutional lenders. Scott has placed both construction and permanent loans in
Washington, Idaho and Montana. Scott graduated from Washington State University in 2005 with degrees in Business
Administration and Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.
Vice President
Mark has been a commercial lender since 1999. He has originated term or construction loans for senior housing,
condominiums, mobile home parks, restaurants, apartments, office buildings, retail centers, hotels and historic
buildings. Prior to joining INTERVEST in March 2007 he was the top commercial lender each of the last 3 years
for his former employer. He has a BA degree in Business Finance from Eastern Washington University and a Masters
in Management from Whitworth College.
Vice President/Manager
Ted Sprott brings over 20 years of experience in real estate lending and appraisal to INTERVEST.
He was formerly with Travelers Insurance and Bank of America in San Francisco.
Prior to joining INTERVEST, Ted had his own firm in Boise specializing in income property loan production.
He has extensive experience with both construction and permanent financing on all types of institutional-grade, income-producing properties.
Ted is a graduate of the University of Nevada and received a master's degree in real estate from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
